With over 20 years of experience in commercial building maintenance, operations, and strategic facilities planning, Scott Raymond is a seasoned Facilities Manager known for his proactive leadership and technical expertise. Throughout his career, he has consistently optimized building systems, extended asset lifecycles, and ensured the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Scott is recognized for his hands-on approach to preventative maintenance, his ability to lead high-performing teams, and his talent for building strong, collaborative relationships with vendors, contractors, and colleagues.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife of 28 years, Shannon. Together, they have raised three adult children — Chandler, Zane, and Cuyler. When he's not managing facilities, you’ll likely find Scott on the golf course or traveling with Shannon, exploring new destinations.
